Hackett Communications was founded to provide strategic communications and public relations services to brands and agencies, when they need it most.

The team is specialised in working with start-ups and small business owners to kick-start their PR efforts, demystify storytelling and efficiently navigate the challenges in external communications.

Founded by Heather Dale, who brings almost two decades of experience of public relations, branding and content creation experience to her clients. Having started her career as a journalist at the Financial Times in London and Hong Kong, she made the leap into public relations in 2013. During the past decade, she has worked with global, regional and start-up companies across the world advising on strategic communications, media relations, crisis communications, business launches and financial communications.
